【摘要】 目的:探讨阴茎巨型尖锐湿疣的诊断及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析5例阴茎巨型尖锐湿疣的诊断 与治疗的临床资料,4例在抗感染3～7天后行病变组织局部切除及电灼;1例阴茎海绵体破坏严重,行阴茎部分 切除术,术后以α2干扰素106IU每周3次进行全身治疗,连用3周。结果:随访3个月～2年,3例局部无复发, 阴茎背侧皮肤有瘢痕增生,性功能正常;1例术后3个月在其他部位有复发,用疣司脱外涂后痊愈;1例4个月即 有复发,后失访。结论:阴茎巨型尖锐湿疣的外观上与鳞癌难以鉴别,应取多处活检,生物学行为有潜在恶性的可 能。治疗应根据病理情况及病变是否浸润Buck筋膜而决定,阴茎部分切除术是可行的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of giant condyloma acuminatum of penis.Methods:The clinical data of 5 cases of giant condyloma acuminatum of penis were reviewed. Electroresection and electric cautery were performed in 4 cases, and partial resection of penis was carried out in 1 case. Postopertive treatment included injection of interferon three times a week for three weeks.Results:With follow-up of 3 month-to 2 years , 1 case recurred and recovered through topical use of anti-wart cream. Sexual function in 3 cases was normal.Conclusions:The giant condyloma acuminatum of penis is a benign tumor in pathology with a potentially fatal course and a clinical malignancy. Histological examination of the entire operative specimen to look for areas of micro-invasion is important, and perhaps the glansectomy or the partial resection of penis is reliable in selective cases.更多还原
