【摘要】 目的 :探讨微创经皮肾穿刺造瘘碎石取石术 (PCNL)联合体外冲击波碎石术 (ESWL)治疗鹿角形肾结石的可行性。方法 :对部分鹿角形结石 93例 ,完全鹿角形结石 34例 ,采用PCNL加ESWL加PCNL的“三明治”取石术。结果 :12 7例均行一期穿刺取石 ,单通道取石 78例 ,双通道取石 38例 ,三通道取石 2 1例。ESWL76例 ,2次以上PCNL99例。结石清除率 85 .0 3% ,平均手术时间 2h 5 0min ;平均住院 15d。未发现明显出血等并发症。结论 :PCNL加ESWL加PCNL的“三明治”取石术是一种治疗鹿角形肾结石的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To sum up the experience of Percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL) combinated with Extracorporal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL) and repeated PCNL in treating the renal stag-horn stone. Methods:The information of 127 cases of renal stag-horn stone, treated by sandwich therapy(PCNL+ESWL+PCNL) were analysed. Among them, 93 cases were partly stag-horn stone, 34 cases were complete stag-horn stone. Results:All cases were performed one-stage PCNL. 78 cases were treated with single-tract PCNL, 38 cases with two-tracts PCNL, and 21 cases three-tracts PCNL. 78 cases combinated with ESWL, 99 cases underwent two sessions PCNL. The average operation time was 170 minutes, and no severe hemorrhage happened. Conclusions:The sandwich therapy(PCNL+ESWL+PCNL) in treating stag-horn renal stone was an effective modality.更多还原
