【摘要】 目的 :评价经尿道双极等离子束电切治疗尿道狭窄的疗效。方法 :采用经尿道双极等离子束电切治疗尿道狭窄 2 4例 ,并进行术后随访。结果 :2 4例手术均获成功 ,术中出血量 5 15ml;术后随访 19例 (317个月 ) ,均自行排尿通畅 ,Qmax182 6ml/s。结论 :经尿道双极等离子束电切治疗尿道狭窄 ,具有低温切割、切割准确、术后尿道再狭窄少等优点 ,是有效的微创新技术之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of internal urethrotomy with bipolar plsamakinetic in treating urethral stricture.Methods:Twenty four patients were operated by internal urethrotomy with bipolar plsamakinetic and followed up postoperatively.Results:All 24 patients were undergone internal urethrotomy successfully with 5-15ml blood lose. 19 patients were followed up for 3 to 17 months, all of them had satisfactory voiding, and the max urine flow rate were 18-26ml per second.Conclusions:Internal urethrotomy with bipolar plsamakinetic has the forte of lower-temperature incising, less complications, few recurrent urethral stricture and should be considered as a new minimally invasive surgery technique in urethral stricture therapy.更多还原
