【摘要】 目的 :探讨晚期无功能性肾结核的影像学特征。方法 :对 5 8例晚期无功能性肾结核患者均行尿路影像学检查。结果 :5 8例均行腹部平片 (KUB)、静脉肾盂造影 (IVU)及B超检查 ,12例KUB显示肾区、输尿管钙化 ,IVU患肾均不显影 ,16例伴对侧肾积水 ,KUB加IVU诊断正确率为 5 5 .2 %。B超提示 10例肾盏、肾盂积水 ,32例肾内可见多个囊性无回声区 ,12例肾内可见强光团后伴声影 ,16例输尿管扩张壁增厚、僵硬 ,提示肾结核 4 2例 ,诊断正确率为 72 .4 %。CT检查 30例 ,2 6例肾内可见多个低密度区 ,增强后不强化 ,肾皮质变薄 ,肾盂输尿管壁增厚 ,管腔狭窄或扩张 ,肾区可见钙化影。 2 6例诊断为肾结核 ,4例肾缩小伴钙化不能确诊 ,诊断正确率为82 .7%。结论 :晚期无功能性肾结核单纯行X线检查诊断正确率低 ,B超、CT检查诊断正确率较高。先行KUB ,IVU及B超检查 ,多能作出诊断 ,如不能确诊可加做CT。综合影像学检查有利于提高本病的诊断水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve the diagnostic technique of imaging for the end stage non-functional renal tuberculosis.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the imaging data of renal tuberculosis was done.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of B-ultrasonography, IVU, retrograde urography and CT in these patients were 72%, 55%, 23% and 82% respectively.Conclusions:The diagnostic accuracy of radiography alone is low,whereas the diagnostic accuracy of B-ultrsonography and CT is high.It is believed that comprehensive imaging techniques may benefit to the imaging diagnosis for the end stage non-functional renal tuberculosis.更多还原
