【摘要】 目的 :探讨复式脉冲HB V型低能量体外冲击波碎石机治疗肾结石的治疗效果。方法 :采用复式脉冲HB ESWL -VG型低能量碎石机治疗直径 <2 .0cm的各类肾结石 76 9例 ,治疗工作电压 3～ 9kV ,平均冲击次数 2 30 0次。结果 :肾盏结石总粉碎率为 97.4 % ,其中上中盏结石复打率为 13.1% ,术后 3个月排净率为 89.4 % ,下盏结石复打率为 17.3% ,排净率为 81.5 % ;肾盂结石粉碎率为 98.3% ,复打率为 6 .1% ,术后 3个月排净率为93.0 %。结论 :复式脉冲低能量ESWL治疗肾结石具有治疗成功率高、复打率低、无严重并发症、副作用少之优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficiency, advancement and complication of twin pulse low-energy lithotripter on renal calculi.Methods:Treated 769 cases of renal calculi with twin pulse low-energy lithotripter from Sep 2001 to Oct 2003 in our hospital, the treatment voltage was 3～9 kV. Every renal calculus of 769 cases was < 2.0 cm in diameter and the average number of shock wave was 2 300.Results:The stone-free rate after ESWL of upper-pole and midpole calyceal stones was 89.4and re-treatment rate was 13.1; the stone-free rate of low-pole calyceal stones was 81.5and re-treatment rate was 17.3; Of renal pelvic calculi was 93.0and 6.1.Conclusions:The treatment of renal calculi with twin pulse low-energy lithotripter is high efficient and more safe.更多还原
