【摘要】 目的 :探讨后尿道闭锁、尿道直肠瘘开放性手术治疗的方法。方法 :对 2 3例后尿道闭锁、尿道直肠瘘患者 ,采用后尿道吻合或套入术、背侧切开肛门括约肌及直肠下段后壁修补尿道直肠瘘术治疗。结果 :2 3例行开放性手术均一次成功。随访 0 .5～ 3年 ,大小便功能正常的 2 1例 ,占 91.3% ;尿流变小 2例 ,行尿道扩张术治疗后排尿良好 ,占 8.7%。结论 :后尿道闭锁、尿道直肠瘘的治疗仍以开放性手术治疗为佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the open surgical method for atresic back-urethra and urinary rectal fistula. Methods:To use back-urinary anastomoses or invagination, cut the anal sphincter and the inferior part of rectal back-wall in order to mend urinary rectal fistula and to remedy atresic back-urethra and urinary rectal fistula. Results: Twenty three cases of open surgical operation succeeded. 21 cases( 91.3%) were normally relieved the bowels after being followed-up for 0.5 to 3 years, 2 cases( 8.7%) were lessened urine and micturated well after being treated with urinary dilatation. Conclusions:Open operation is the better way to treat atresic back-urethra and urinary rectal fistula.更多还原
