【摘要】 目的　评价补阳还五汤注射液对脑梗死的治疗效果。方法　 40只Wistar大鼠用线栓法造成大脑中动脉供血区梗死模型后 ,随机分为对照组和补阳还五汤组 ,每组 2 0只。分别评价神经功能缺损评分、梗死灶体积和脑电图的改变。结果　补阳还五汤注射液能减少梗死灶体积 ,减轻神经功能缺损程度 ,增加梗死侧脑电图波幅。结论　补阳还五汤注射液是一种值得进一步研究的治疗脑梗死的药物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Injection of Buyanghuanwutang on volume of infarction and Changes of electroencephalography in rats with cerebral infarction.Methods 40 Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and Buyanghuanwutang group,each was 20.The neurologic deficit score, infarct volumes and Changes of electroencephalography was assessed.Result The experimental result showed that in comparing with control group the Injection of Buyanghuanwutang could significantly reduce the infarct volume and the scores of neurologic function deficit, increase the amplitude of EEG in the infracted hemisphere. Conclusion The results suggested the Injection of Buyanghuanwutang is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction.更多还原
