【摘要】 目的　观察血清E 选择素水平、中性粒细胞及单核细胞CD11b/CD18表达在急性冠脉综合征 (ACS)患者中的变化 ,探讨其与斑块稳定性的关系。方法　 3 0例ACS患者 (ACS组 )、2 4例稳定型心绞痛患者 (SA组 ) ,3 0例冠状动脉造影阴性者作为对照组。酶联免疫吸附法检测E 选择素 ,流式细胞仪检测CD11b/CD18的表达。结果　血清E 选择素水平、中性粒细胞和单核细胞膜CD11b/CD18的表达ACS组显著高于SA组 (P <0 .0 1)和对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　ACS患者血清E 选择素水平、中性粒细胞和单核细胞膜CD11b/CD18的表达增加与斑块不稳定性有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observing the levels of serum soluble E-selectin and expression of CD11b/CD18 on neutrophils and monocytes in patients with acute coronary syndrome to investigate the relationship with stability of plaques.Methods 30 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),24 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP),30 coronary angiography negative as controls.We measure the serum level of soluble E-selectin by means of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and the expression of CD11b/CD18 on neutrophils and monocytes by flow cytometry.Results The serum levels of soluble E-selectin and expression of CD11b/CD18 on neutrophils and monocytes in the ACS group were significantly higher than those in the SAP group(P<0.01)and controls(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum levels of soluble E-selectin and expression of CD11b/CD18 on neutrophils and monocytes in patients with ACS are related with unstability of plaques.更多还原
