【摘要】 目的　观察妥泰对难治性癫痫的疗效和不良反应。方法　对 5 6例难治性癫痫患者 ,采用加用妥泰治疗 ,控制其发作。结果　妥泰加用治疗总有效率达 83 .7% ,儿童组有效率达 80 .8% ,成人组为 86.9% ,对各型难治性癫痫均有效。妥泰起效时间在 4～ 8周达高峰 (有效率达 5 9.2 % )。副作用发生率为 3 5 .7% ,且均较轻。结论　妥泰加用治疗难治性癫痫疗效较好 ,是一种广谱、安全、耐受性好的新型抗癫痫药更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and evaluate the therapeutical effect and the side effect of topiramate (TPM) in patients with intractable epilepsy( IE ) in an add-on therapy.Methods 56 patients with IE were observed, and they were given TPM by add-on therapy.Results In add-on therapy group, the effective rate of TMP achieved 83.7%.In the children group,the effective rate was 80.8% and in the adult group was 86.9%.It showed that the add-on therapy of TPM was effective to all of the seizure types of IE.The efficacy of TMP reached its peak after 4-8 weeks of treatment,side effects of this drug was minor and the incidence of it was 35.7%.Conclusion TPM had sound therapeutic effect in add-on therapy to the patients with IE.It is a new broad-spectrum,safe and well-tolerated antiepileptic drug.更多还原
