【摘要】 目的 :观察高压氧对放疗后狗下颌纯钛种植体与骨接触作用的影响。方法 :8只成年雄性杂种狗 ,拔除双侧下颌第三、四前磨牙和第一磨牙。拔牙后 3个月 ,用电子直线加速器照射一侧下颌无牙区。另一侧不照射作为对照侧。放疗后 3个月 ,狗双侧下颌拔牙区各植入纯钛种植体 4枚 ,手术中、手术前、手术后接受高压氧治疗 ,另外 4只不作处理。种植术后 1.5个月和 3个月高压氧治疗组与未进行高压氧治疗组分别处死 2只动物取材 ,观察种植体与骨组织的接触率及骨小梁体积百分比。结果 :高压氧辅助治疗对放疗侧种植体 -骨接触率无明显影响(P >0 .0 5 )。种植体周围骨小梁体积百分比显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :高压氧对放疗后狗下颌纯钛种植体与骨接触作用无明显影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of hyper baric oxygen tr eatment on osseointegration of titanium implants in irradiated dog mandibles. Method: Eight male adult dogs underwent extraction of the mand ible third、fourth premolar and first molar .After 3 months, one side of the ma ndible of each dog was irradiated with 15-Gy dose while the other side served as c ontrol. Adjunctive hyperbaric ox ygen(HBO) therapy .Three months after irradiation , four titanium implants wer e inserted in each s ide of the mandible.Four dogs of them received hyperbaric oxygen therapy. .Two dogs were sacrificed at 1.5 and 3 months after implants inserted.Re s ult: Ther e is no obivious change of bone contact surface ratio (BCSR) of implants in irra diated sides after HBO treatment(P>0.05),and the tVsp was o biviously decreased(P= 0.016< 0.05). Conclusion: HB O adjunctiv e therapy have no obvious effect on the osseointegration of titanium implants i n dog irradiated mandibles. [更多还原
