【摘要】 目的 :探讨涎腺腺样囊性癌中 p5 3 ,增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA) ,Bcl -2表达与病理分型及复发的关系。方法 :免疫组化SP法对 5例正常涎腺组织和 47例癌组织中p5 3蛋白、PCNA、Bcl-2表达进行检测。结果 :癌组织中 p5 3阳性表达 2 3例 ( 4 8.94% ) ,PCNA评分均数为 2 .40 0± 0 .870 ,Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达 2 3例 ( 4 8.94% )。癌组织中筛孔型和腺管型中 p5 3阳性率和PCNA评分均低于实性型 (P <0 .0 5 )。Bcl-2在筛孔型和腺管型中阳性表达率高于实性型 (P <0 .0 5 )。复发组p5 3阳性表达率和PCNA评分均高于无复发组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Bcl -2阳性表达率间差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :p5 3 ,PCNA ,Bcl-2表达与腺样囊性癌组织分化程度和恶性程度有关。p5 3 ,PCNA评分可以作为预测腺样囊性癌复发的独立指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of p53 protein, scoring of PCNA a nd Bcl-2, to explore the correlation between the expressions and pathological ty pes, recurrence in ACC.Method:Apply immunohistochemical SP me thod to detect the expression of p53, Bcl-2 and scoring of PCNA in 47cases of ACC .Result :The pos itive rate of p53 and Bcl-2 were 48.94% respectively ,the mean scoring of PCNA w as 2.400+0.870 in 47cases of ACC.The positive rate of p53 and the scoring o f PCNA in cribriform and tubular types were significantly lower than that in sol id type (P<0.05) but the positive rate of Bcl-2 in cribriform and tubular ty pes was higher than that in solid type (P<0.05). The positive rate of p53 and th e sc oring of PCNA in recurrance was higher than that in no recurrence (P<0.05). but th e positive of Bcl-2 in recurrance and no recurrance had no statistic sigificant differences (P>0.05).Conclusion:The level of p53 , the scor ing of PCNA and Bcl-2 expression were related to the progression of the pathological grade, malignant degree .The level of p53 and the scoring of PCNA can be used as the independent prognostic factor of recurrence in ACC.
