【摘要】 目的 :探讨全口义齿再修复中确定垂直距离的方法。方法 :对 2 5例长期配戴全口义齿而垂直距离过低的病例 ,根据颞下颌关节 (TMJ)的结构特点 ,分别采用不同的颌位记录方法进行全口义齿再修复。结果 :全口义齿再修复后 ,患者的面下 1/3高度获得适度恢复 ,咀嚼功能良好 ,无TMJ区不适症状。结论 :在全口义齿再修复中 ,确定垂直距离时应充分考虑无牙颌患者TMJ改建后的结构特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the methods of reestablishing vertical dimensions of occlusion when replacing complete dentures.Method: 25 complete denture wearers with lower vertical dimensions were replaced by new ones through different means of recording maxillomandibular relations, according to their temporomandibular joint structures .Result: The results obtained were satisfactory in terms of reestablishing the proper dimensions of the lower third of the face, the functional activities of mastication, and restoring the harmony relations of the occlusion muscles and TMJ.Conclusion: Temporomandibular joint’ reconstruction of edentulous patients should be considered during reestablishing the proper vertical dimensions when replacing old dentures.更多还原
