【摘要】 目的 :探讨一种防止根管治疗后牙冠变色的方法。方法 :采用自身对照和用比色板比色的方法 ,观察在根管治疗中使用 3 0 %过饱和草酸钾封闭牙本质小管后牙冠的颜色变化。结果 :治疗半年后两组病例牙冠变色无显著性差异 ;治疗后 1年 ,两组牙冠变色有显著性差异。结论 :在根管治疗中使用草酸钾封闭牙本质小管 ,可有效地防止或减少牙冠变色。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the methods of preventing from crown surface discoloration in root canal therapy Methods Obtain the change of the teeth colour after using 30% dipossium oxalete to seal dentinal tubule and did not using it in root canal therapy with self-control and colorimetry.Result: The crown surface discoloration in 2 groups shows no significant differenies (P>0.05) in 6 months, but there is significant differenies (P<0.05)in 12 months. Conclusion: It could effectly prevent or reduce the teeth crown from discolorating that sealing dentinal tubules with dipossium oxalete in root canal therapy.更多还原
