【摘要】 目的 :探讨颌骨中心性粘液表皮样癌 (centralmucoepidermoidcarcinomaofthejaws ,CMCJ)的临床特点及诊治原则。方法 :回顾 5例CMCJ临床资料并进行随访。结果 :CMCJ常见临床表现为局部肿胀和疼痛 ,X线表现为单房或多房透光阴影 ,光镜下所见同涎腺粘液表皮样癌。所有病例均行根治术 ,1例术后 6个月死于并发症 ,4例经 0 .5 -14年随访 ,未见复发及转移。结论 :CMCJ的确诊有赖于详尽的临床检查 ,治疗应首选根治术更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical features of the rare central mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the jaws (CMCJ) as well as the principle of diagnosis and treatment.Method:The clinical data of five cases of CMCJ were reviewed and follow-up data were obtained.Result:The common complaint was local swelling and pain,radiographical finding indicated unilocular or multilocular radiolucent lesion,the microcscopic findings were similar to the mucoepidermoid carcinoma originated in the salivary gland.All patients underwent radical resection,A patient died of complications six months after operation.The other 4 patients’ follow-up ranged from 5 months to14years,no evidence of recurrence and metastasis was found. Conclusion:Proper diagnosis is dependent on a thorough examination, radical resection should be recommended for treatment.更多还原
