【摘要】 目的 :观察摩擦固位型滑行冠外附着体 (mini -SG)义齿修复双游离端缺损 (肯氏Ⅰ类牙列缺损 )的临床效果。方法 :对 17例肯氏Ⅰ类牙列缺损 ,应用Mini -SG附着体固位的义齿进行修复。结果 :经 6个月 -3年的临床随访 ,Mini -SG附着体固位的义齿稳定性能好 ,91% ( 15 / 17)以上患者认为附着体义齿美观、舒适、稳固 ,易适应 ,咀嚼有力。对 3 4个基牙复查结果显示 ,基牙没有叩痛、松动、根尖周病变及牙槽骨吸收等反应。结论 :Mini-SG附着体义齿是修复肯氏Ⅰ类牙列缺损的较好方法 ,有利于基牙的组织健康更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Mini-SG attachment applied in dentition defect of Kennedy classⅠ.Method:Mini-SG attachment were applied in 17 cases with dentition defect of Kennedy classⅠ. The stability of prosthesis, satisfaction rate and periodontal condition of abutment were studied in 6 months to 3 years.Result: The Mini-SG attachments were stable to exert chewing function while healthy periodontal tissues were kept in the abutments. 91% patients were satisfied with the prosthesis. Conclusion: it is indicated that Mini-SG attachment is a good methods to rehabilitate the dentition defect of Kennedy classⅠwhich solved the problem of abutments tooth injury in contrast to conventional ways.更多还原
