【摘要】 目的 :对新型Ni-Cr -Ti合金的理化特性进行测定并进行临床应用评价 .方法 :按照ISO标准进行生物学检测实验 ,将Ni-Cr -Ti合金与日本松风和美国登士柏瓷粉配套使用 ,为 44 7例制作 115 1件金瓷冠修复体 ,并将Ni-Cr -Ti合金与 2 0 0件日本松风金属铸件在铸造性能和精确性上作对比。结果 :新型Ni -Cr -Ti合金具有良好的物理性能、机械性能、生物相容性、化学稳定性及金瓷结合性能。结论 :新型Ni -Cr -Ti烤瓷合金是一种具有良好生物学特性的烤瓷底冠材料 ,适合临床上广泛应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the physical-chemical characteristic of new Ni-Cr-Ti porcelain alloy and to evaluate it’s clinical application .Method:According to ISO standard,Ni-Cr-Ti alloy was determined for biological determining experiment .1151 metal-porcelain crowns ( porcelain powder made in ShoFu.com Japan and Dentsply.com U.S.A.) were made for 447 pateints and the cast property and precion of Ni-Cr-Ti alloy were compared with that of the alloy made in ShoFu.com Japan(200 cases) .Restult:Ni-Cr-Ti alloy had good physical and mechanical property,bicompatibity,chemical stability,and property of porcelain with metal material .Conclusion:Ni-Cr-Ti porcelain alloy is a new biocompatable material of metal-porcelain crown for dental clinical application.更多还原
