【摘要】 目的 :探讨血小板衍生生长因子BB受体 (PDGF -Rββ )与口腔黏膜下纤维化组织 (oralsubmucousfi brosis ,OSF)的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化技术和形态计量方法观察 3 0例OSF和 10例正常口腔黏膜 (normalmu cousmembrane ,NM )PDGF -Rββ的定位分布和含量 ;并将 6例OSF组织 ,采用包埋前染色方法 ,通过免疫电镜观察PDGF -Rββ在OSF组织中的超微结构定位。 结果 :①OSF组织中PDGF -Rββ免疫阳性物质含量有超量表达 ,主要分布于上皮棘细胞、基底细胞、上皮下间质成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞及平滑肌细胞的胞浆、胞膜上 ;②OSF中PDGF -Rββ相对含量存在差别 ,其中早、中期上皮细胞相对含量显著高于晚期 ;③OSF中PDGF -Rββ阳性物质主要存在于上皮细胞的线粒体、细胞膜上以及成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞的粗面内质网、线粒体和细胞膜上。结论 :PDGF -Rββ在OSF纤维化中可能起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand whether Platelet-derived growth factor BBreceptor (PDGF-Rββ) is involved in the pathogenesis of oral submucous fibrosis(OSF).Method: The expression of PDGF-Rββ from oral submucous fibrosis was detected by immunohistochemistry and immunoelectron microscopy. Result:① Immunostains for PDGF-Rββ were prominent within the cytoplasm and on the cell membranes of spinocells、basiocells、fibroblasts、vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells;②Difference existed between early、moderate and advance stage of OSF;③Immunoreactive products of PDGF-Rββ mainly exist in the rough endoplasmic reticula of fibroblasts and in the cell membrane of acanthoid cells, while in the rough endoplasmic reticula of vascular endothelial cell weakly.Conclusion:The findings suggested that PDGF-Rββ might play an important role in the pathophysiological process of OSF.更多还原
