【摘要】 目的 :了解氯氮平的撤药症状。　方法 :对 31例服用氯氮平治疗的精神分裂症患者停药 1周 ,分别于停药前后予简明精神病评定量表 (BPRS)、副反应量表 (TESS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表 (HAMA)评定疗效及不良反应。　结果 :停药后BPRS、TESS、HAMD、HAMA总分均明显高于停药前 ,停药后有 2 5例 (80 % )精神症状恶化。　结论 :氯氮平的撤药症状发生频率高 ,症状多样更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate withdrawal symptoms of clozapine. Method:31 inpatients with schizophrenia who had been treated with clozapine were withdrew clozapine for one week.The brief psychiatric rating scales(BPRS),treatment emergent symptoms scales(TESS),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) were used to measure symptoms and side effects before and after withdrawal. Results:The scores of BPRS,HAMD and HAMA increased significantly and mental symptoms of 25 inpatients deteriorated after stopping drug. Conclusion:It is suggested that the withdrawal symptoms of clozapine occur frequently and be diversity.更多还原
