【摘要】 目的 :探讨早期干预对首发精神分裂症患者疗效和社会功能康复的影响。　方法 :干预组为 5 0例首发精神分裂症患者 ,在药物治疗同时辅以心理和社会综合干预措施 ,5 0例与之匹配的对照患者单用药物治疗。采用阳性症状和阴性症状量表 (PANSS)及社会功能缺陷筛选量表 (SDSS)分别进行随访评定。　结果 :干预组随访时PANSS阴性量表分的改善明显优于对照组 ;SDSS的职业和工作、家庭外社会活动、家庭职能、个人生活自理、责任性和计划性 5项因子分的改善明显优于对照组。　结论 :早期干预措施有助于提高精神分裂症患者的疗效和促进社会功能的康复更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the efficacy and social function rehabilitation of early intervention on first-episode schizophrenic inpatients. Method:50 first-episode schizophrenic inpatients (study group) were carried out by psychological and social intervention and treated with medication, other 50 first-episode schizophrenic inpatients (control group) were treated with medication only,they were all assessed by PANSS and SDSS. Results:Follow-up study found that the improvement of negative scale of PANSS was significantly greater in study group than in control group,and so were the five factors of SDSS on occupation and work,social activity out of family,capability for family,life care for themselves,responsibility and plan. Conclusion:Early intervention can enhance the efficacy and improve the social function rehabilitation of first-episode schizophrenics.更多还原
