纳米固体超强酸催化合成乙酸松油酯的研究

【摘要】 研究了纳米固体超强酸SO2 4/ZrO2 催化松油醇乙酰化反应。通过正交试验得出反应的最佳工艺条件 :反应温度 5 0℃ ,反应时间 5h ,催化剂用量 3% ,乙酐和松油醇摩尔比 (酐醇比 )为 1.3∶1。在此条件下进行稳定性实验 ,产物中总酯的含量为 92 .79% ,主要副产物柠檬烯和异松油烯的含量为 5 .2 7% ,松油醇的转化率 10 0 % ;催化剂的活性和选择性都优于普通固体超强酸 ,而且可重复使用 5次。

【Abstract】 The nanometer solid superacid SO2-4/ZrO2 was used as catalyst for acetylating of terpineol. By orthogonal tests, the optimum technology condition was obtained. The optimum temperature and time were (50 ℃) and 5 h, respectively, catalyst quantity was 3 %, the ratio between acetic anhydride and terpineol was (1.3∶1.) Under this condition, the conversion ratio of terpineol was 100 %, the total ester was 92.79 %, the content of lemonene with carene as main byproducts was 5.27 % among products. The activity and selectivity of the nanometer solid superacid SO2-4/ZrO2 were higher than those of ordinary solid superacid SO2-4/ZrO2. The nanometer solid superacid SO2-4/ZrO2 could be repeatedly used for 5 times.
