【摘要】 用正交试验法对地钱(MarchantiapolymorphaL.)中的黄酮类化合物提取工艺进行了优选研究,采用正交表L16(45),以提取时间、提取温度、提取次数、提取剂中乙醇含量以及料液比为因素,以总黄酮显色液的吸光度为指标进行试验。得到了最佳提取参数及结果:温度为70℃,时间0.5h,提取次数3次,提取溶剂为80%的乙醇,料液比为1∶15,提取率1.90%,纯度95.83%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimum technology of extracting flavones in Marchantia polymorpha L.was studied by orthogonal test.An orthogonal test table L₁₆（4⁵） was used with the factors of extracting time,temperature,number of extraction times,ethanol concentration and ratio of solid-to-liquid.The content of flavones was determined by spectrophotometry.The optimum technology was:temperature 70 ℃,time 0.5 h,three times of extraction,80% EtOH as extracting solvent,stock ratio 1∶15.The extraction yield is 1.90%,and its purification about 95.83% with this method.更多还原
