【摘要】 目的　总结腕部切割伤治疗的经验和教训。方法　对 72例腕部切割伤进行回顾分析。结果　 72例患者中随访 5 8例。手术效果 :优 4 9例 (占 85 % ) ,良 6例 (占 10 % ) ,可 2例 (占 3 4 % ) ,差 1例 (占 1 6 % ) ;臂丛麻醉意外死亡 1例。结论　保证腕部切割伤疗效的关键是 :处理及时 ,清创彻底 ,争取血管、肌腱、神经无创Ⅰ期吻合更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience and lessons of the treatment of wrist cutting injury. Methods 72 cases of wrist cutting injury were analyzed retrospectively. Results 58 cases were followed up. The operation effects were excellent in 49 cases (85%), good in 6(10%),fair in 2(3.4%) and poor in 1(1.6%). 1 case died of brachial plexus anesthesia accident. Conclusion The linchpin of the treatment of wrist cutting injury is treatment in time, complete debridement and one stage non-invasive anastomosis of vessel,tedon and nerve.更多还原
