【摘要】 目的　探讨锁骨钩钢板内固定术后再骨折的原因。方法　对 6 7例锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位伴喙锁韧带损伤者 ,采用锁骨钩钢板内固定术。结果　 6 7例随访 1～ 2 6个月 ,平均 7个月 ,有 5例再骨折 ,约占总病例的 7 4 %。结论　锁骨钩钢板内固定后 ,一定要重视再骨折预防。避免在钢板与锁骨近端交界处四力相交而形成剪力 ,及时拆除内固定 ,可以防止再骨折的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the causes of clavicular refracture after hook-plate internal fixation. Methods 67 cases with distal clavicular fracture-disloacation associated with coracoclavicular ligment rupture were treated with hook-plate fixation. Results All 67 cases were followed up for 1～26 months, 7 on average. Refracture occurred in 5 cases (7.4%). Conclusion The refracture should be cautioned after clavicular hook-plate fixation, and it can be prevented with avoiding the 4 forces crossing in the proximal clavicle which would cause shear stress and removal the implant in time.更多还原
