【摘要】 目的　探讨髋联合截骨术一次性重建关节结构治疗严重先天性髋关节脱位的临床效果。方法　应用髋联合截骨术治疗严重先天性髋脱位患儿 2 6例 34髋并随访 1～ 3年。结果　 2 6例 34髋中 ,2 4例 32髋效果良好 ,髋关节功能恢复正常 ;合并股骨头坏死 10例 12髋中 ,治疗后 11髋功能恢复正常。结论　髋联合截骨术是良好的一次性重建严重先天性髋关节脱位关节结构的方法 ,同时对并发股骨头坏死也有治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical results of hip united osteotomy for one-stage joint reconstructure to treat severe congenital hip dislocation(CHD). Methods 26 cases(34 hips) with severe CHD were treated with united osteotomy joint reconstruction and followed up for 12～36 months. Results 24 cases(32 hips) got excellent and good results. In 10 cases(12 hips) femoral head necrosis, 11 hips got complete functional recovery after treatment. Conclusion It is an ideal way to treat severe CHD with united osteotomy, which is aslo effective for the associate femoral head necrosis.更多还原
