【摘要】 目的　探讨钢板在胫腓骨远端粉碎性骨折中的应用。方法　应用钢板固定治疗胫腓骨远端粉碎性骨折 6 7例。按AO分类 :A型 2 7例 ,B型 2 3例 ,C型 17例。开放性骨折 2 0例 ,闭合性骨折 4 7例。结果　 6 7例均获随访 ,时间 12～ 36个月 ,所有病例均骨性愈合。参照Mazur等制定的踝关节症状与功能评分系统 ,优4 6例 ,良 12例 ,可 7例 ,差 2例。优良率 86 6 %。其中波及关节面的B、C型骨折优良率为 77 5 %。结论　胫腓骨远端粉碎性骨折应积极手术治疗 ,钢板固定可使胫腓骨远端粉碎性骨折获得良好的复位和牢固固定 ,有利于骨折愈合和关节功能恢复 ,疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the plate fixation in the treatment of distal tibiofibular comminuted fractures. Methods 67 cases with distal tibiofibular fractures were treated with plate fixation,of which 20 cases were open fractures and 47 were closed. According to AO classification, 27 cases were type A,23 cases type B and 17 cases type C. Results All cases were followed up for 12～36 months. All the cases got bony healing of the fractures. According to Mazurs criteria, the results were excellent in 46 cases,good in 12,fair in 7 and poor in 2, and the excellent and good rate was 86.6%. In the cases of type B and C fractures, the excellent and good rate was 77.5%. Conclusion It is preferable to treat distal tibiofibular comminuted fractures with plate fixation, and it is easier to obtain good reduction and rigid fixation, which is beneficial to the healing of the fractures and the rehabilitation of joint function,so satisfactory outcome can be obtained.更多还原
