【摘要】 目的　探讨解剖型股骨髁支撑钢板内固定结合CPM治疗股骨远端C型骨折临床效果。方法　采用解剖型股骨髁支撑钢板侧方内固定治疗股骨远端C型骨折 2 3例 ,术后结合CPM锻炼。结果　随访 3个月～ 3年 ,平均 15个月。骨折全部愈合。膝关节功能恢复良好 ,按Merchan等标准 ,优 5例 ,良 13例 ,优良率为18/ 2 3。结论　解剖型股骨髁支撑钢板贴合股骨远端外形 ,固定稳定可靠 ,术后 3d进行CPM训练 ,安全有效 ,并发症少 ,是治疗股骨远端C型骨折的较好选择更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of lateral condylar buttress plate and CPM for the treatment of AO type C fracture of distal femur. Methods 23 cases with AO type C fractures of distal femur were treated with lateral condylar buttress plate. CPM was began within 3d after operation. Results 23 cases were followed up for 3～36 months, 15 on average. All fractures healed. The knees function recovered well. According to Merchan standard, the results were excellent in 5 cases, and good in 13. The excellent and good rate was 18/23. Conclusion Lateral condylar buttress plate has advantages of anatomical contour, reliable stability and few complications. CPM could be used within 3 d after operation with safe, and effective results. It is an optimal selection for AO type C fractures of distal femur.更多还原
