【Abstract】 This study was done to investigate the change of hepatocyte growth factor in alcoholic intoxication patients and its signification. Tissue-cell culture and isotopelabeled technique were used to determine the difference of the hepatocyte growth factor in the blood serum between 30-alcoholic intoxication patients and 30-healthy control groups. The hepatocyte growth factor in the blood serum of acute alcoholic intoxication patients with severe hepatic injury was higher than that of chronic alcoholic intoxication patients with gentle hepatic injury (P<0.05),and it was significantly higher than that of control groups (P<0.01). Above results can provide reference criteria for estimating the level of hepatic injury in the alcoholic intoxication patients.更多还原
