脊柱金属固定术后CT三维成像

【摘要】 目的 探讨CT三维成像在脊柱金属内固定术后评价中的应用技术。资料与方法 对 70例脊柱金属内固定术后患者行螺旋CT薄层扫描和三维成像 ,包括多平面重建 (MPR)、三维表面遮盖显示 (3D SSD)、容积重建(VR) ,并评价其对内固定物及脊柱结构的显示效果。结果 MPR多方位成像清楚显示固定物及其关系 ,但有明显金属伪影 ,适当增加MPR的厚度 ,伪影减少 ,骨和金属物的分辨率提高 ;VR清楚地显示固定物与周围结构的立体关系 ,基本无金属伪影 ,恰当的VR模式最佳显示了金属固定物及其相互关系。结论 合理使用CT三维重建技术可以充分展示脊柱金属固定物全程结构及其相互关系。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate CT 3D imaging in observing spinal internal fixation with metal fixer.Materials and Methods CT thin slice scanning was performed in 70 patients after spinal internal fixation with metal fixer. 3D reformation, including multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), surface shaded display (SSD) and volume rendering (VR), was made. The displaying effect of the spine and internal fixer was evaluated. Results On MPR, the fixer and its relation with the surrounding structures were well demonstrated, although significant artifacts were seen. The artifacts became less when the MPR thickness was appropriately increased. The optimal VR images clearly showed the metal fixer and its surrounding structures.Conclusion The use of CT 3D reformation technique in a reasonable way can fully show the internal metal fixer as well as its relationship with the surrounding structures.
