嗅杀灵中毒的头部CT诊断

【摘要】 目的 探讨嗅杀灵中毒的头部CT表现。资料与方法 回顾性分析误服嗅杀灵中毒 31例的CT、MRI资料。结果 轻度中毒者 ,CT无明显异常改变 ;中度中毒者 ,脑白质密度均匀减低 ,灰白质界限清楚 ;重度或死亡者脑白质密度明显减低 ,灰白质界限更加清楚 ,脑沟、脑池消失 ,脑室变小 ;MRI异常改变为脑白质T1WI呈等或低信号 ,T2 WI呈略高或均匀高信号。病理示脑白质有空泡及海绵样变。结论 CT可作为诊断嗅杀灵中毒的有效手段 ,并可估计中毒的程度

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss CT findings of the brain in patients with bromethalin intoxication. Materials and Methods CT and MRI findings of the brain in 31 patients who mistook toxic bromethalin were retrospectively analyzed. Results In mild toxic patients, no obvious abnormalities were found on CT scans. In moderate toxic patients, the cerebral white matter density was decreased homogeneously with a sharp differentiation between gray and white matter. In severe toxic or died patients, the white matter density was significantly decreased with a sharper gray-white demarcation, the cerebral sulci and cisterns were faded away, and the cerebral ventricles became smaller. On MRI, the white matter displayed iso- or hypo-signal on T 1WI and homogenous slight hyper-signal on T 2WI. Pathologically, the white matter showed vacuolation and spongy degeneration.Conclusion CT is an effective means for observing the brain damage in bromethalin intoxication patients and for estimating the toxic degree.
