【摘要】 目的　探讨 2 6 2例机械通气引起老年病人呼吸道感染原因。方法　进行机械通气后第 3天予以痰培养 ,以后每周一次痰培养 ,均用无菌吸痰管抽吸送检病原微生物。结果　 2 6 2例发生肺部感染 135人 ,发生率5 1.5 % ,送检标本 2 10次 ,其中铜绿假单胞菌 98株 ,溶血性葡萄菌 2 4株 ,白色念珠菌 6 8株 ,金黄色葡萄球菌 2 0株。结论　必须采取预防院内感染有效措施 ,才能有效地预防医院内感染的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the reasons for respiratory infections among elderly patients while using mechanical ventilation.Methods Two hundred sixty-two mechanical ventilation users participated in the study. The patients were sputum cultured the third day after the mechanical ventilation for the first time, and were continuously cultured afterwards once a week. All sputum were send for the test of microorganism through sterile aspirated tubes.Results Among the total, 135 (51.5%) had lung infection. Among the totalling specimen (n=210), there were 98 of pseudomonas, 24 of staphylococcus hemophilus, 68 of monihiasis, and 20 of staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion An effective method should be taken in order to prevent possible in-hospital infections.更多还原
