多层螺旋CT容积再现成像技术在肺部疾病中的应用探讨
Evaluation of the application of MSCT volume rendering technique in lung disease
【摘要】 目的 探讨 16排螺旋 CT肺部容积再现技术 (volume rendering technique VRT)的成像方法 ,评价其在胸部疾病中的临床应用方法和价值。方法 搜集 2 0 0 3年 6月至 2 0 0 4年 4月经临床证实的 4 7例病例进行回顾性容积再现技术的图像重建 ,同时行多平面重建 (MPR) ,比较两者的 CT影像的显示特性。结果 VRT技术可显示气管支气管树的分支走行情况 ,可显示气管及支气管树的异常形态改变 ,包括支气管壁的增厚、扩张、狭窄并可显示病变肺段的含气情况 ,可用于确定病变的部位、范围和程度。 VRT图像的显示与 MPR比较各有其特点。结论 肺部容积再现技术有其独特的影像征象 ,对富含气体的支气管病变及其所受累肺段定位诊断较强 ,有其特殊的征象 ,肺部三维容积再现技术为治疗提供有意义的影像学信息 ,具有十分重要的临床诊断价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the methodology and assess the value of 16 slice MSCT with volume rendering technique in lung disease.Methods All the diagnosed 47 cases were collected from June 2003 to April 2004, with the volume rendering technique date formed after retro-reconstructing of initial scanning data and the finding of VRT image compared with MPR image.Results The VRT image clearly showed the abnormal changes of the trachea and bronchus including trachea and bronchus incrassation, bronchiectasis, and strictness. It could be used to locate the stenoses and to measure stenostic extent. The comparisons between the images of VRT and of MPR showed the differences of characteristic.Conclusion The lung images of VRT have unique characteristics, which help better diagnosis for the air filed bronchus and infected alveolus. They provide significant imaging information for the treatment and have very important clinical diagnostic values.
