【摘要】 目的　探讨肺结核并低蛋白血症与痰菌阴转的关系。方法　选取 2 0 0 1年 9月至 2 0 0 2年 9月在本院住院治疗初治菌阳肺结核患者 2 6 2例。其中治疗前伴有低蛋白血症 10 0例 (38.2 % )。结果　在治疗前 10 0例伴有低蛋白血症患者中 ,经 2个月的强化治疗后 ,只有 33例患者伴有低蛋白血症 (P<0 .0 0 0 ) ;治疗前并低蛋白血症患者在完成 2个月疗程后只有 6 7.0 %患者痰菌阴转 ,明显低于无低蛋白血症患者 (80 .9% ) (P<0 .0 1) ;治疗前血清白蛋白含量与痰菌未阴转两者之间呈正相关 (r=0 .85 7)。结论　低蛋白血症可能是导致化疗失败的原因之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between pulmonary tuberculosis with hypoproteinemia and sputum-changed-into-negative.Methods The study included 262 patients who had pulmonary tuberculosis (sputum-positive) and who were hospitalized in our department from September 2001 to September 2002. Among them, 100 patients had hypoproteinemia (38.2%). Results In the 100 patients with hypoproteinemia before treatment, 33 patients remained with hypoproteinemia after a 2-month treatment(P=0.000). The changed rate of the sputum from positive to negative (67.0%) for the patients with hypoproteinemia, which was significantly lowed than that for the patients with non-hypoproteinemia (80.9%): P<0.01. The relationship between the value for the serum albumin and the sputum-changed-into-negative value was positively correlated (r=0.857).Conclusion One of the reasons for possible failure to treat the patients of pulmonary tuberculosis with hypoproteineimia could be hypoproteinemia.更多还原
