【摘要】 目的　对正常血压伴持续微量白蛋白尿 (MAU) 2型糖尿病患者进行为期 6个月的前瞻性研究 ,以观察联合应用缬沙坦 (valsartan)和苯那普利 (benazepril)的肾脏保护作用。方法　 10 0例 2型糖尿病伴MAU患者随机分为A组 (联合治疗组 ,缬沙坦 4 0～ 80mg/d +苯那普利 5mg/d)、B组 (苯那普利组 ,5～ 10mg/d)、C组 (缬沙坦组 ,80mg/d)治疗 6个月。结果　治疗后各组尿白蛋白排泄率 (UAER)明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,UAER减少幅度各组间对比 ,联合治疗组最明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血肌酐 (SCr)和尿素氮 (BUN)有所下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;其余指标无明显变化。结论　联合应用缬沙坦和苯那普利较单独应用这两种药物可更有效地降低 2型糖尿病患者的微量白蛋白尿 ,且其肾脏保护作用独立于其降血压作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of combinative use of valsartan with benazepril for the kidney,a six months’ prospective study was conducted on type two diabetes mellitus normotensives(DM-2n) with persistent microalbuminuria(MAU).Methods The enrollment included 100 cases of DM-2n with MAU,randomly being divided into group A,group B and group C.Group A had valsartan 40-80 mg/d plus benazepril 5 mg/d as the combinative treatment group.Group B had benazepril alone 5-10 mg/d.Group C had valsartan 80 mg/d.All the therapies lasted for 6 months.Results Urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) in all the groups showed significant decreases after treatments(P< 0.01),but UAER differed among the groups,the combinative treatment group was prominent(P< 0.05).Serum creatinine and ureal nitrogen decreased(P< 0.05),the others had no significant changes.Conclusion Combinative use of valsartan with benazepril reduces DM-2n with MAU more efficiently than they are used singularly,and their preventive effect on the kidney is independent of their influence on the blood pressure.更多还原
