【摘要】 目的　探讨中药溃结露 (KJL) )对溃疡性结肠炎 (ulcerativecolitis,UC)患者血小板功能状态的影响。方法　将 4 2例活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为柳氮磺胺吡啶 (SASP)组和溃结露两个治疗组 ,分别测定治疗前后血浆血小板α 颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP 14 0 )、血栓素B2 (TXB2 )以及血小板黏附功能 (PAdT)、聚集功能 (PAgT) ,并设 30例正常对照。结果　UC活动期患者治疗前的PAdT、PAgT、GMP 14 0、TXB2 水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗 2周后 ,两个治疗组临床症状均明显缓解 ,有效率分别为 95 .5 %、90 % ,差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;两个治疗组的PAdT、PAgT、GMP 14 0、TXB2 均较治疗前显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。两个治疗组的血小板指标差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　溃结露能够抑制血小板的活性 ,对溃疡性结肠炎有良好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effects of Chinese medical KJL on platelet function status in active ulcerative colitis. Methods Forty-two cases with active ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into SASP group, KJL group; platelet adhesivability test, platelet aggregability test,plasma GMP-140, plasma thromboxane B2 were assessed before and after administration,30 normal controls were assessed meanwhile. Results The level of PAdT,PAgT,GMP-140,TXB2 in active ulcerative colitis patients before administration were higher than that of normal control group (P< 0.05); After administration of 2 weeks, clinic symptom in two groups relieved significantly,the rate of efficiency was respectively 95.5%,90%; The level of PAdT,PAgT,GMP-140,TXB 2 in two therapy groups were either lower than that before therapy(P< 0.05), there were no significant differences in two therapy groups. Conclusion KJL can inhibit platelet activity and has a satisfactory therapeutical effect on ulcerative colitis.更多还原
