心脑血管疾病患者脂蛋白(a)与纤溶活性的关系
Relationship between plasma Lp(a) levels and fibrinolytic activation of patients with cardiocerebrovascular arteriosclerosis
【摘要】 目的 研究动脉粥样硬化性心脑血管疾病患者血浆脂蛋白 (a)与纤溶活性的关系 ,探讨脂蛋白 (a)促血栓形成和致动脉粥样硬化的机制。方法 应用酶联免疫吸附法分别测定 6 3例心肌梗死患者、5 9例心绞痛患者、6 8例脑梗死患者及 4 5名健康对照者的脂蛋白 (a)浓度 ,并以底物显色法测定其组织型纤溶酶原激活剂 (tPA)及其抑制物(PAI)活性。结果 各组动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病患者血浆脂蛋白 (a)浓度和PAI活性明显升高 ,tPA活性明显降低 ;各组脂蛋白 (a)与PAI活性均呈正相关。结论 血浆高脂蛋白 (a)浓度是动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的危险因素 ,脂蛋白 (a)水平的升高与纤溶活性低下有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between plasma lipoprotein(a) levels and fibrinolytic activation in patients with cardiocerebrovascular arteriosclerosis and investigate pathological mechanism of the atherosclerosis and thrombosis. Methods Plasma concentration of lipoprotein(a) were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in 63 patients with myocardial activation,59 patients with angina pectoris,68 patients with cerebral infarction and 45 healthy objects. Plasma activity levels of tissue type plasminogen activator (tPA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI) were determined by spectrophotometric assay respectively. Results Plasma concentration of lipoprotein(a) and activity of PAI in arteriosclerosis patients were significantly higher than the control group, however plasma activity of tPA in arteriosclerosis patients were significantly lower. The plasma concentration of lipoprotein(a) was significantly positive correlating with activity of PAI. Conclusion The high level lipoprotein(a) is a dangerous factor for arteriosclerosis. It is indicated that elevated lipoprotein(a) levels may be related with fibrinolytic activation.
