【摘要】 目的 :探讨转化生长因子 (TGF) β1、CD4 4V6、bcl 2及p5 3蛋白在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达与喉鳞状细胞癌患者的病理分级、临床分期和患者生存率间的相互关系 ,以研究TGF β1在喉鳞状细胞癌发病机制中的作用。方法 :利用免疫组织化学法测定 4 3例喉鳞状细胞癌石蜡切片中TGF β1、CD4 4V6、bcl 2及 p5 3蛋白的表达。结果 :TGF β1在病理Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级中阳性表达率分别为 86 .96 %、82 .35 %和 10 0 .0 0 % ;CD4 4V6分别为 6 0 .87%、70 .5 9%和 10 0 .0 0 % ;bcl 2分别为 82 .6 1%、94 .12 %和 10 0 .0 0 % ;p5 3分别为 2 6 .0 9%、35 .2 9%和 6 6 .6 7%。 结论 :①TGF β1表达与喉鳞状细胞癌的病理分级、临床分期、颈淋巴结转移和患者的 3、5年生存率有关 ,可作为评定喉鳞状细胞癌的进展、预测其转移与预后的指标。②TGF β1在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达与CD4 4V6、bcl 2、p5 3具有一定的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This study was to measure the expression of TGF-β 1 in larynx squamous carcinoma, to investigate the relationship between TGF-β 1 and the expressions of CD44V 6, bcl-2 and p53, and the relationship between TGF-β 1 and pathological grading of tumours,the clinical staging and the survival rate of the patients,through which the effect of TGF-β 1 on the pathogenesis of the larynx squamous carcinoma was to be known.Method:With immunohistochemistry, the expressions of TGF-β 1, CD44V 6, bcl-2 and p53 were measured in the paraffin sections of the larynx squamous carcinoma tissues of 43 patients.Result:In pathological grading Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,respectively,the positive expression ratios of TGF-β 1 were 86.96%, 82.35%, 100.00%;CD44V 6 were 60.87%, 70.59%, 100.00%;bcl-2 were 82.61%, 94.12%, 100.00%;p53 were 26.09%, 35.29%, 66.67%.Conclusion:①TGF-β 1 had some relationships to the pathological grading, the clinical staging, the metastasis to cervical lymph node, the survival rates of patients in 3 and 5 years. TGF-β 1 can be used as a marker to evaluate the development and predict the metastasis of tumors and the prognosis of patients.②The expression of TGF-β 1 in larynx carcinoma had some correlation to CD44V 6, bcl-2 and p53.更多还原
