【摘要】 目的　探讨超声检查在甲状腺腺瘤和单发结节性甲状腺肿诊断和鉴别诊断中的价值。方法　对经手术和病理证实的 2 4例甲状腺腺瘤和 16例单发结节性甲状腺肿的二维及彩色多普勒声像图进行比较分析。结果　上述二组疾病在甲状腺的大小、回声 ,结节的大小、回声 ,结节的周边低回声晕以及结节内部和周边血流信号方面声像图具有特征性改变。结论　甲状腺腺瘤和结节性甲状腺肿两者的不同病理基础构成了各自超声声像图特征 ,有助于对二者的诊断及鉴别诊断更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the features of two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in differentiation of thyroid adenoma and solitary nodular goiter.Methods The two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound images of 24 cases with thyroid adenoma and 16 cases with solitary nodular goiter were analyzed and compared.Results The two groups showed characteristics in the size of thyroid gland and nodule, the internal or surrounding echoes of nodules and the blood flow within or outside.Conclusion For the different pathological basis of thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter, they appeared to be characteristic in their ultrasonography that are helpful in differential diagnosis.更多还原
