高强度聚焦超声辐照胰腺后胰腺分泌功能变化研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨高强度聚焦超声 (HIFU)治疗对正常胰腺组织的影响 ,评价HIFU治疗胰腺癌的安全性和可行性。方法  5 4只实验猫随机分为三组 :对照组、小范围损伤组与大范围损伤组 ;应用HIFU治疗仪局部辐照胰腺 ,观察辐照后胰腺内外分泌功能的变化。结果 血糖在对照组及两HIFU组均出现不同程度的变化 ,但无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,组间亦无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;淀粉酶在对照组及两HIFU组均出现不同程度的变化 ,在两HIFU组之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但HIFU组与对照组之间在术后 3d开始存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,术后 14d这种差异消失 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;CRP(C反应蛋白 )在三组中均出现升高的表现 ,在组内及组间均出现显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 HIFU对胰腺组织的局部损伤并不引起胰腺内、外分泌功能的明显变化 ,HIFU辐照胰腺组织是安全和可行的 ,该技术将为临床无创治疗胰腺癌提供基础数据。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the endocrine or exocrine function of cat’s pancreas after high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) treatment , which was designed to investigate the satty and feasibility in the treatment of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods Fifty-four lab cats were divided into three groups at random: the control group,the small scale’s injury group(<50% of pancreatic total area),the large scale’s group(>50% of pancreatic total area). Femoral vein’s blood were collected to measure the serum amylase,glucose,C-reactive protein at different time intervals from HIFU and 21 days after HIFU treatment. Results There were different changes in serum glucose,amylase between the control groups and HIFU groups,but no significant differences in the group or between the control group and the group receiving HIFU treatment(<50% or >50%)(P>0.05);C-reactive protein always increased in the three groups,and had significant differences in the group or among the three groups(P<0.05). Conclucsion Pancreatic endocrine or exocrine didn’t change significantly after HIFU treatment.
