【摘要】 目的　对慢性肝炎患者进行超声检查 ,并在超声引导下肝穿活检作组织病理学诊断 ,以明确肝脏的炎症活动分级与肝纤维化程度分期。方法　对 117例慢性肝炎患者 ,进行超声检查后 ,采用超声引导自动活检方法取得标本 ,送病理检查。结果　 117例病例中组织病理学诊断 :轻度慢性肝炎 75例 ;中度慢性肝炎 4例 ;早期肝硬化 13例 ;肝硬化 2 5例。超声诊断轻度 5 0例 ;中度 3 9例 ;肝硬化可能 18例 ;肝硬化 10例。结论　慢性肝炎的超声声像图与病理分级分期有部分相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Patients with chronic hepatitis were examined by ultrasonography and further confirmed by pathological biopsy, to detect the classifications of the active hepatitis and the level of hepatic fibrosis. Methods 117 patients with chronic hepatitis were studied by ultrasonography. Samples were acquired by ultrasound-guided automatic biopsy device and diagnosed by pathology. Results In results of the 117 cases, there were 75 cases of slight chronic hepatitis, 4 cases of moderate chronic hepatitis, 13 cases of early-period cirrhosis, 25 cases of cirrhosis. In the ultrasonic results of the 117 cases, there were 50 cases of slight chronic hepatitis, 46 cases of moderate chronic hepatitis, 16 cases of severe chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis, 5 cases of portal hypertension. Conclusion The ultrasonic images of chronic hepatitis had partial correlation with the classification and the level of pathology.更多还原
