经直肠超声前列腺增生症声像图定量分析研究
Quantificational Analysis of Prostate Hyperplasia from TRUS and Pathology
【摘要】 目的 探讨前列腺增生疾病声像图定量分析的诊断价值。方法 美国太索尼GATEWAYfx超声诊断仪与国产DFY型超声图像定量分析诊断仪连机 ,观察 5 2 6例前列腺增生疾病内、外腺 ,分别测量其灰阶值及分贝值 ,正常对照组 10 6例 ,分别测量其前列腺内、外腺灰阶值及分贝值。结果 前列腺增生疾病内腺与外腺的灰阶值及分贝值测值除外腺最大值外均明显低于正常前列腺的灰阶值及分贝值 ,有统计学差异或显著差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。结论 超声图像定量仪可用于前列腺增生疾病的诊断 ,可为进一步探明前列腺疾病的超声定征特点与病理特性的相关性、为临床诊断提供有价值的参考
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of quantificational analysis of prostate hyperplasia from transrectal ultrasound (TRUS).Methods Video connection was set up between a commercial Diasonic Gateway FX Ultrasound apparatus and a DFY-1 ultrasonic imaging quantification analyzer. 526 cases with prostate hyperplasia were examined to quantify the grey scale value of endoglands and exoglands, and were then compared to 106 normal prostates. The grey scale level and decibel level were measured and compared with pathology.Results Except the peak value of the exoglands, all the other data from endoglands and exoglands in hyperplastic prostates were significantly lower than the average gray scale and decibel level of normal prostates (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusions Quantification analysis of ultrasound imaging was useful in diagnosis of hyperplastic prostates. It provided additional correlation between ultrasonic features and pathological foundation of prostate diseases, offering valuable reference to clinical diagnosis.
