高碳钢小方坯中成分偏析情况的研究

【摘要】 研究高碳钢小方坯内部各元素的偏析程度以及易偏析元素的分布情况。通过试验分析得出,易偏析元素为 C、P、S,在小方坯内部的几何中心点偏析最高,内弧侧较外弧倒易出现正偏析,两侧元素波动不大。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the grade and distribution of composition segregation of high-carbon steel. The experiments indicate that C,P and S are the elements which are prone to segregation and the highest grade of segregation occurs at the center position of billet geometrically.And also,the positive segregation is easier to occurs normally in the inner side than in the outer side and there is element fluctuation in both the two sides.
