四氧化三钴合成新技术研究
STUDY ON A NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR Co3O4 SYNTHESIZATION
【摘要】 在总结四氧化三钴合成技术现状的基础上,开发了一种加压湿法合成四氧化三钴的新方法,以H2O2为氧化剂,直接从含钴溶液中氧化合成四氧化三钴,得到了粒径为0.3~0.5μm的球形四氧化三钴。与传统方法经济比较结果表明,采用新方法每吨钴可降低成本8300元。目前正在北京矿冶研究总院进行小型和扩大试验研究。
【Abstract】 Based on the summarization of synthesizing technology of Co3O4, a new pressure hydrometallurgical technology has been developed which synthesizes Co3O4 from cobalt solution directly with H2O2 as oxidant.The spherical Co3O4 has been obtained with particle size ranging from 0.3μm to 0.5μm.The comparison with traditional processes on economy suggests that the operation cost can drop 8300$ per ton.Now, lab and pilot experiments are conducting in BGRIMM.
