串级浮选槽液位的分散控制
DECENTRALIZED CONTROL OF CASCADE FLOTATION CELLS
【摘要】 浮选槽液位是影响浮选指标的一个重要因素。由于浮选槽是多个串联在一起的,相互之间的影响比较大,液位控制有一定困难。采用多变量控制方法来控制浮选槽液位,虽然仿真结果不错,但由于算法的复杂性,在具体实施中还存在很多困难。我们通过仿真研究发现,分散PI控制只要参数调整合适,效果也是令人满意的,而且其算法复杂性小,有很强的实用性。本文的主要目的就是给出一个串级浮选槽液位用分散PI控制的参数调整原则。
【Abstract】 Cell level control is a key way to make flotation performance better.Because flotation cells are cascaded,interaction between the cells cannot be ignored,which cause some difficulties for the level control.Some multivariable control methods have been provided to solve this problem and can give good simulation results.But,these methods are inconvenient to be put in practice because of their complexity.Through simulations we find that if the parameters are adjusted appropriately decentralized PI controllers can also achieve satisfactory performance and they are more practicable than multivariable control methods.The aim of this paper is to offer a way to design decentralized PI controllers for level control of cascaded flotation cells.
