高温型电涡流位移传感器及高精度测量电路

【摘要】 应用电磁场理论对一种用于火电厂空气预热器漏风间隙测量的电涡流传感器的原理进行了研究 ,设计了精密差动式双线圈、电桥法信号检测的电涡流位移传感器。本文详细分析了该传感器的原理和信号流图 ,并探讨了此传感器信号检测电路的工作原理 ,给出了有关位置的波形图。试验结果表明 ,该方法能有效地克服各种漂移和干扰 ,且测量距离大、分辨率高。

【Abstract】 The principle of an eddy current displacement sensor, which is used for measurement of leakage in air preheater, was studied on the basis of electromagnetic field theory. Using differential compensation with double coils and the bridge circuit for signal measurement, the eddy current displacement sensor was designed. The principle and signal flow of this sensor was analyzed in detail, and the operational principle of its measuring circuit was discussed. The waveforms on specific locations in the circuit were given. Experimental results show that this method can effectively deal with the problems of diversified drift and disturbance, and has such characters as large linear scale and high resolution
