阻燃用氢氧化镁微胶囊技术与应用
Technology and Application of Microencapsulating of Magnesium Hydroxide as Flame Retardants
【摘要】 采用脲醛树脂作为壁材对氢氧化镁进行微胶囊技术表面改性试验 ,并将其作为阻燃剂添加入聚乙烯 ,检测其阻燃性能及对聚乙烯机械力学性能的影响。由此得出结论 :微胶囊技术不失为一种对无机聚燃剂表面改性的较好技术
【Abstract】 Urea formaldehyde resin is used as wall material in the modification of the surface properties of magnesium hydroxide by microencapsulating.It is also used as flame retardant with polyethylene addition.It’s fire retardancy and effect on the mechanical performance of polyethylene are tested.It is concluded that the microencapsulating technology is a good one for the surface modification of inorganic flame retardant.
