【摘要】 依据知识管理项目经理的工作职责 ,提出了一种知识管理项目经理素质的评价方法。该方法是针对评价项目经理的素质问题 ,构建一个评价指标体系 ,并分别进行基于主观指标的模糊评价和基于考试成绩的客观评价 ,将主观评价结果与客观评价结果进行综合 ,使最终评价结果反映主观程度和客观程度。最后给出了一个算例 ,以说明方法的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the job nature of knowledge management project managers, an assessment method for the quality of venture capital project managers is proposed. In the method, an assessment index system is set up, fuzzy subjective assessment based on subjective indexes and objective assessment based on tests are carried out respectively, and then the subjective and objective assessment results are integrated to make the final assessment result reflect both subjective and objective degree.
