【摘要】 转基因产品是一种高科技发展的产物 ,其安全性问题目前受到越来越多的人的普遍关注。本文主要从转基因产品的安全危害性、现有管理措施无法消除该危害性以及国内外对转基因产品安全性管理法规等方面入手 ,对现阶段加强转基因产品安全性立法工作的必要性和可行性做了简要论述 ,提出了自己的一些见解更多还原

【Abstract】 Transgenic food,which is also called Gmos,is a kind of man-made hi-tech product, its security is widely concerned by more and more citizens.This article tries to give a brief discussion about the necessity and feasibility for its security legislation.Firstly,it mainly talks about the general safety problems;and then we give the clues that the present managerial measures are not able to remove such harmfulness;at last,we talk about the practical managerial policies and rule of laws in China and abroad.更多还原
