【Abstract】 Based on extant researches, the paper emphasizes the process characteristics of alliance. The paper argues that the process of alliance evolution does not just take place on the organizational level, and alliance institution, individual relationships, cooperative structures of the partners are most important elements of alliance evolution process. Then the paper puts forward a integrative model to describe alliance evolution and gives out related propositions, and finally discusses the managerial sense of the model.更多还原
