【Abstract】 Managing non-incremental innovation can be defined as management of technology transition. Management of technology transition is a new sort of strategic innovation management. In this paper we analyzed and reviewed the studies of management of technology transition in literature, which involved basic concepts,fundamental theories and their progress.
