M型永磁铁氧体的研究进展
The Development in the Research of M-type Permanent-magnet Ferrite
【摘要】 对La Co替代的M型高性能永磁铁氧体进行了详细介绍 ,包括材料制备的工艺特点 ,材料的成分 ,显微结构 ,内禀参数 ,技术磁性能以及温度特性等。研究结果表明 :最优化组分为Sr0 .7La0 .3Fe1 1 .7Co0 .3O1 9的M型永磁铁氧体的饱和磁化强度 ( 2 98K)比SrFe1 2 O1 9永磁铁氧体的大 1%~ 3 % ,磁晶各向异性场Ha≈ 1766.7kA m ,磁晶各向异性常数K1 ≈ 4.2× 10 6 erg cm3,磁性能 :Br=44 5mT ,Hcj=3 83 .6kA m ,(BH) max=3 8.6kJ m3。
【Abstract】 M-type high-performance permanent-magnet ferrite with La-Co as a substitute are discussed in details, including the technical characteristics of material preparation, the chemical compositions of the material, microstructure, intrinsic parameters, technical magnetic properties and their temperature characteristics. The results show that saturation magnetization(298 K) of M-type permanent-magnet ferrite with the optimal composition of Sr 0.7La 0.3Fe 11.7Co 0.3O 19 is 1%~3% larger than that of conventional permanent-magnet ferrite of SrFe 12O 19, with magnetocrystalline anisotropy field H a≈1?766.7 kA/m, and anisotropy constant K 1≈4.2×10 6 erg/cm 3, the magnetic properties of B r=445 mT, H cj=383.6 kA/m, (BH) max =38.6 kJ/m 3.
